Turnaround Times
Logos @ Work is happy to offer it's customers FAST turnaround times. We offer normal service as well as RUSH turnaround times. Please call us to discuss your timing needs.
In order to meet deadlines, WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Most orders require artwork (or layout) approvals to proceed with the job. If we do not have the artwork approved by you, we can not proceed with the job. The following details our normal turnaround time guidelines.
(all times are in normally worked business days)
Apparel with Embroidery or Screen Printing (Produced In-House):
- DAY 1. Order is written up, complete with all sizes, quantities, colors and artwork, quote is signed and returned to the Logos @ Work team, deposit is made (if required).
- DAY 3. The artwork or layout is completed by our art or digitizing departments and sent to you for approval.
- DAY 4. The art or design is edited (if needed) and the artwork is APPROVED.
- DAYS 5-8. Your job is in the queue for production
- DAYS 9-10. Your job is produced and should be ready for pick-up or delivery.
Signs, Banners and Vehicle Lettering (Produced In-House):
- DAY 1. Order is written up, complete with all sizes, quantities, colors and layouts.
- DAY 3. The artwork or layout is completed by our art department and sent to you for approval.
- DAY 4. The art or design is edited (if needed) and the layout is APPROVED.
- DAY 5. Your job is produced and should be ready for pick-up or delivery.
Promotional Products (pens, mugs, bags, buttons, gifts etc.):
- DAY 1. Order is written up, complete with all details, quantities, colors and artwork.
- DAY 3. The artwork or layout is completed by our art department and sent to you for approval.
- DAY 4. The art or design is edited (if needed) and the artwork is APPROVED.
- DAY 5. Your job is sent to the promotional products supplier.
- DAYS 6- 14. Your job is produced by the promotional product supplier and shipped.
- DAYS 15-20. Your job should be ready for pick-up or shipped directly to you.
